Privacy Policy — IFSPL Connector

IFSPL ("we", "our", or "us") operates the IFSPL Connector mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the information you provide when using the App. The App is used by DSAs / connectors to onboard and create or share leads with IFSPL.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to onboard connectors and to create, process, and follow up on leads. Types of information we collect include:

• Personal information provided by you: name, mobile number, email address, business name, and other identity or KYC fields required for onboarding.
• Lead information: information about customers/leads you submit (customer name, contact details, loan requirements, notes, etc.).
• Documents & media: photos of identity documents, signed forms or other documents you upload or capture with the App camera.
• Device & usage data: app version, device model, operating system, crash logs and analytics data to improve the App.
• Location data: when you permit the App, we collect location data to verify lead locations and support onboarding workflows.

2. Camera and Media

The App uses the device camera to capture photographs and document images necessary for onboarding and lead submission (for example, identity documents or customer photos). The App will explicitly request permission to access the camera. Images captured are uploaded to our servers and used only for the purposes described in this policy (onboarding, verification, lead processing).

If you deny camera permission, certain features (document capture, photo upload) will not work.

3. Location

The App may request access to your device location during onboarding or when creating leads. Location is used to:

• Verify a lead’s or connector’s location as part of onboarding or lead validation.
• Provide location-aware workflows or services (if applicable).

You can choose to grant or deny location access in your device settings. If you deny it, location-dependent features will not be available.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected to:

• Onboard and verify DSAs/connectors.
• Process, route, and follow up on leads you submit.
• Communicate with you about the status of leads or onboarding requests.
• Improve app functionality, security, and user experience through analytics and diagnostics.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Authorized IFSPL teams and employees for processing leads and onboarding.
• Third-party service providers (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, and identity verification services) who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal and lead data only as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, data will be deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate. However, no security system is impenetrable—transmission of data is at your own risk.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Access and request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unnecessary data (subject to legal or contractual restrictions).
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent was the legal basis (this may affect app functionality).

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (for example, analytics providers, cloud storage providers, or identity verification services). These providers process personal data under their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.

10. Children

The App is intended for use by adults and authorised DSAs/connectors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected data of a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post a revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
